Landlord Credit Bureau takes the privacy and protection of consumers and their data very seriously. Landlord Credit Bureau does not allow data to be accessed or contributed anonymously. All individuals must confirm their identity prior to accessing their Tenant Record to ensure consumers are only accessing their own data.

To dispute any inaccuracies on a Landlord Credit Bureau Tenant Record you will need to verify your identity and submit relevant documentation found here.

A completed Landlord Credit Bureau dispute form must be submitted containing:

• One piece of valid, non-expired government issued ID (i.e. Passport, Drivers License, Permanent Resident Card)
• One document confirming the name and the address on the ID (i.e. Utility, Phone, Cable, Internet, Financial Statements)
• First Name
• Last Name
• Date of Birth or SSN or SIN
• Email Address
• Current Address
• Past Address
• Description of what information is being disputed and why
• Documentation supporting your claim (e.g lease, rent receipts, communication between Tenant and Landlord, judgement, or monetary order)

Landlord Credit Bureau securely stores encrypted Tenant Record data for six (6) years in Canada and seven (7) years in the USA.

When Landlord Credit Bureau receives a completed dispute, an investigation will begin. As part of the process, Landlord Credit Bureau will contact you and may also contact other relevant parties including your Landlord or Property Manager to obtain required information. Typically disputes will be completed within thirty (30) days of receipt.
